DNA stands for Distinctive, Nourishing, and Addictive Flavors. Vibrant aromatic flavors bring a fun, fresh culinary experience to Brevard, FL and surrounding areas. However, we are much more than just a Food Truck. Our mission is to provide service and assistance to the less fortunate, particularly those in third world countries such as Haiti, which is where our very own Chef Harry Banatte is from.
At My Chef DNA, we are driven by a set of core values that define who we are and guide our action. Integrity is the foundation of everything we do, as we create an excellent dining experience for each of our customers with purpose. We place customers at the center of our efforts.

When our customers support us they are also helping to contribute to our non-profit Daddy’s N Action. What can we say? It’s in our DNA to give back as we’ve been blessed with much. While there are a wealth of programs out there to support young mothers there is a lack of programs to help young fathers build character and handle responsibility. We provide both resources and mentorship programs that pave a path for life-long success.
